Welcome to Chinookwinds Studio!!! I have had a life long love and passion for the Arts. Singing, Musical Theatre, Drawing, Illustrating, Cartooning, Photography, Panel Set Design for Theatre, Murals, Batik, Woodcarving, building Bent Willow and Rustic Furniture and Creating. “From our first to last breath we are a gift. We have potential for great things through the talents we are born with and the ones we nurture through our lives. What our talents produce, in the eye of the beholder, the effects on others we will never know completely.”
Through my art and photography, I am influenced and inspired by my love of family, friends, of rural life and nature. I have a passion to create, my art takes many forms. Through my photography, I enjoy capturing a moment in time, utilizing my artistic eye, the dramatic beauty of colors of rural life and nature. To evoke the viewer a sense of peace, a sanctuary, a rural haven. Beauty of rural life and nature is all around, if we take just a moment to stop and take it in. I wish the viewer a chance to slip into my work, for an escape of the everyday life. To step away from the fast pace of daily routine………………… for just a moment.
